What do I need to use it?
Your SQC account must be linked to your Konica Minolta MarketPlace account, and the access request must be approved. Once linked and approved, cloud terminal installation for KM devices can be fully automated.
What if no MarketPlace account exists for my email?
A new Konica Minolta MarketPlace account is created for you automatically during the connection.
I didn't receive the approval email. What now?
Check your spam folder. The approval link is valid for a limited time — if it has expired, use Resend email to get a new one. The email comes from Konica Minolta MarketPlace and contains an Approve Request button.
Why are default passwords rejected?
For security, default printer passwords are not allowed. Change the password on the printer to a non-default value, then enter it during installation.
Why does installation take so long?
Installation runs via Konica Minolta Marketplace and can take up to 2 hours, because it depends on the Marketplace sync (1 hour by default). To speed it up, open the Marketplace app on your MFP and tap the Marketplace logo on the panel to trigger the sync immediately. If the sync interval is turned off, you must trigger it manually.
